Anjuman-I-Islam Public School & Jr.College

A sapling that was planted in 1920 with only 30 students on role has now grown into a sturdy tree with capacity of 1000 boarders. Its centennial celebration was held on 8th, 9th and 10th of February 2020. Hundreds of ex-students turned up to revive their golden memories. These three days’ celebration saw great hustle bustle of activities and entertainment programs, carnival, felicitations of present and ex-staff. Alumni stayed in the school campus and followed the school routine to imitate their lives of childhood. A grand party was held on the second day.

Ex-staff was honoured and felicitated at the hands of Dr. Zahir Kazi, Hon. President Anjuman Islam. A souvenir was released at the hands of Executive members of the council. Tree plantation took place in memory of the departed souls of the ones who could not make it for the event.
